Welcome to Granite Group, Realtors
Hello my name is Kathleen Segura and I’m an Agent with Granite Group, Realtors in Quincy. Let me tell you a story about a customer of mine, Emily. Emily spent 20 years in the same two bedroom apartment paying $1100, a month. Then she was asked to move out because the landlord’s family member needed a place to live. She lived near Wollaston beach and owned a small dog. When she looked for a new apartment the rent was $1500, a month and dogs were not allowed.

Today, for $1400 a month, Emily owns her own home where her dog is welcome, it’s located not far from the apartment she rented for 20 years at Wollaston Beach. Emily also will benefit this coming tax season by deducting the interest on her mortgage and real estate taxes, plus some of her transaction costs she paidfor her new home.
